My comic book idols are Carl Barks and Robert Crumb.

I have had a couple of fun experiences doing comic strips. In the mid 80’s when I was at Disney’s consumer products, where among other things I drew the Donald Duck daily strip and Sunday page with Bob Foster as the writer for a 6 month period.

Then again for Disney in 2011 when I was asked to draw "Frankenweenie" as a comic book. I drew the ruffs to be fully rendered by Helen Chen. Unfortunately it didn’t get published, due to legal issues over rights to the name "Sea Monkey’s".
