3D SCULPTING
Sculpting seems to come as a natural extension of being able to draw in line form.
I have always loved the idea of seeing your drawing in 3 dimensions and being able to observe it from every possible angle.
Originally I learned how to draw, studying the classic statues at Ny Carlsberg Glyptoteket in Copenhagen, and I admire the old Disney animator Marquette’s from Disney’s Character Model department created under the leadership of Joe Grant.
It’s a wonderful addition to the Art Of Animation.
